About Dr. Shivanand S Patil
Dr. Shivanand is a renowned Cardiologist, who has an overall experience of more than 19 years.
He has a keen interest in procedures such as Coronary angioplasty, mitral aortic & pulmonary valvuloplasties, peripheral angioplasties, pacemaker implantation, ASD, VSD, PDA device closure, and several others.
He also holds expertise in interpreting complex rhythm abnormalities of the heart, analyzing Holter monitoring, TMT, 2D echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography.
He has done 15000 Cathlab procedures including diagnostic and interventional procedures so far.
Dr. Shivanand completed his MBBS from Mahadeveppa Rampure Medical College Gulbarga in 1997.
He further did DNB in General Medicine from MR Ambedkar College and Hospital in 2001, and DM in Cardiology from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology Bangalore in 2007.
Additionally, he has acquired Fellowship from European Society of Cardiology in 2015, Fellowship of Society for Coronary Angiography and Interventions in 2015, and Fellowship of Indian College of Cardiology in 2016.
Previously, Dr. Shivananada has worked with reputed hospitals such as Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences and Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research.
Currently, he is a member of Indian Medical Association, Indian College of Cardiology, and Cardiology Society of India.
